Meet your facilitators
Gordon Derry is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor. He loves working with couples and is passionate about helping partners move beyond surface-level conflict into deeper understanding, emotional responsibility, and repair.
His work focuses on helping couples slow down, understand what is happening underneath their reactions, and build the capacity to communicate with more honesty, courage, and care. Through his grounded and experiential approach, Gordon helps couples step through discomfort, reach for each other more clearly, and build relationships with greater trust, vulnerability, and resilience.
Arynne Spencer is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with a passion for working with couples, helping them feel secure in their relationships so they can address conflict confidently and compassionately, rather than react with fear or avoidance.
Arynne’s work empowers couples to take a proactive approach instead of a reactive one. She helps deepen their understanding of one another and their relational needs while building skills to remain curious, avoid assumptions, and slow down to achieve more productive outcomes. Through her compassionate approach, Arynne helps couples navigate hardship so they can move forward in their relationships with more stability and greater intention.
