  • Are you afraid you are not enough? Have trouble finding balance in your life?

  • Are you longing to feel heard, respected and understood by someone who genuinely cares? Does fear get in your way?

  • Do you want to make positive changes in your life?

We can work together to help you to:

  • Understand that your fears and thoughts do not define you.

  • Begin the journey of self-exploration, personal growth, and healing.

  • Find your strength and the skills to tackle your challenges.

My goal is to work with what feels right for you. I recognize that each hardship is vastly different for everyone. I want to get to know the true you and aid you in acceptance and self-compassion as you move forward.

Loving ourselves through the process of owning our story is the bravest thing we will ever do.

APPROACH TO COUNSELLING

Our journey through life leads us up hills and through valleys. We encounter struggles and pain along the way. Whether you are experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or difficult life transitions, there is always hope and healing. Do you want to rise above rejection, shame, loss, pain, or fear? I am here to walk with you and provide a judgment-free, comfortable, and safe space for you to reveal your authentic self.

Is something not ‘feeling right’? Have you exhausted your supports and are not sure where to find support? I provide a judgment-free, comfortable, and safe space for you to reveal your authentic self—zero judgement. I will continue to be as transparent as possible and clarify that we are working together to make things more manageable.

I am not here to tell you what to do; I am here to help you make things more manageable and highlight your strengths as a unique individual. One of the many reasons I chose to become a mental health professional is that all humans need to feel heard, respected and understood by someone who genuinely cares. I have experienced that need, and I wish to aid those who require support. It takes an immense amount of courage to reach out for help. I honour that courage.
