Approach to Counselling

As a Registered Clinical Social Worker, I offer more than 30 years of experience in mental health and wellness, working with adults, youth and children.  In my practice, I provide a strengths-based, solution-focused approach, based on best practices to learn how to manage emotions, deal with failure, stress, and worry, and rebound from tough times.  Together we can explore your thoughts and feelings, identify barriers and build resilience. I offer a supportive, caring and non-judgemental environment so together we can set goals, develop skills and work towards your desired outcomes.
