The Compassion Fatigue Reset

Who this group is for

This group is designed for educators, health care professionals, and social workers experiencing compassion fatigue, emotional exhaustion, or burnout.

If you find yourself feeling depleted, irritable, detached, or questioning your capacity to keep showing up the way you used to, you’re not alone.

This is a space to reset, not by doing more, but by reconnecting with your own well-being.

What to expect

Over six weeks, we will explore:

  • Understanding compassion fatigue and burnout

  • Rebuilding emotional capacity and boundaries

  • Learning nervous system regulation tools

  • Restoring a sense of meaning and sustainability in your work

Sessions are interactive, supportive, and grounded in practical strategies you can begin using immediately.

A Supportive Space

Our groups prioritize psychological safety, comfort, and respect. You’re invited to show up as you are, no pressure to perform, fix, or carry anyone else.

Expert Guidance

Led by experienced clinicians who understand the emotional toll of caregiving professions:

Practicum Student

Burnout is a natural response to ongoing care and responsibility not a personal failing.

Signs You May Be Experiencing Compassion Fatigue

You might resonate with this group if you’ve noticed:

☐ Feeling emotionally drained at the end of the day, or before it even begins

☐ Increased irritability, cynicism, or detachment from clients, students, patients, or loved ones

☐ Difficulty “turning off” work stress outside of work hours

☐ Trouble sleeping or feeling physically tense and on edge

☐ A sense of numbness where empathy used to come naturally

☐ Questioning whether you can continue in your role long-term

☐ Feeling guilty for needing rest

☐ A growing gap between how you want to show up and how you actually feel

Compassion fatigue doesn’t mean you’re bad at your job.
It often means you’ve been good at it for too long without enough support.

You care deeply about the people you serve. This group is about caring for the person who does the serving.

The Compassion Fatigue Reset offers structured space, practical tools, and shared understanding, so you can reconnect with your capacity without abandoning yourself in the process.

If you’re ready to feel steadier, clearer, and less alone in this work, we invite you to join us.
