Option 1 – Choose a Time
20 minutes of counseling for $25.00
40 minutes of counseling for $40.00
2 hours of counseling for $120.00
This option provides a way to get a question answered or to receive help with simple problems. You will receive private counseling and a quick response.We guarantee a response in 48 hours, but your counselor will usually respond the same day.
What to expect:
1. You will send an email explaining your question or your concerns or problems. Please give enough detail to give your counselor something to work with, but keep in mind the time spent reading your email will be included in time you have chosen.
2. Your counselor may send you an email asking for more detailed information about your situation.
3. You send the additional information.
4. Your counselor will send you a counseling email. (if you choose 40 minutes or 2 hours of counseling, you will receive more counseling emails.)
5. You respond to the counseling email(s). Please return the results of any assigned exercises. It is also helpful to include your thoughts, feelings, and comments.
6. At the end of your chosen time, your counselor will send you an email concluding your session.
Option 2 – Complete Counseling
This provides a way to receive more extensive help with your concerns and problems. There is no limit to the number of emails you can send to your counselor. You will receive 30 days of private counseling and quick responses. We guarantee a response to your emails within 48 hours, but your counselor will usually respond the same day.
30 days of unlimited counseling for $350.00
What to expect:
1. You will send an email explaining your concerns or problems. Please give enough detail to give your counselor a place to begin. Also remember to include what it is that you hope to get from counseling.
2. Your counselor will send you an email asking for more detailed information about your situation.
3. You send the additional information.
4. You will interact with your counselor via email for 30 days with no restrictions on the number of emails you may send.
5. Your counselor will send you a short concluding email on the last day.
