B.A.(Hons), M.C., C.C.C

Canadian Certified Counsellor

Using a collaborative approach, I can help you understand what stops you from feeling truly happy and confident, and teach you some simple strategies for becoming who you want to be.

I will help you discover strategies to increase your energy and self-confidence; find more joy in the journey; feel more connected in your relationships and learn skills that help you feel better about yourself and your life.

Sometimes we need someone who can reflect truth and encouragement with whom we can share our story. Opening up can help you see yourself in a new and hopeful light.

People often say that ‘beauty is in the eye of the beholder,’ and I say that the most liberating things about beauty is realizing that you are the beholder.

Approach to Counselling

Because each person is different, I believe it is important to use a variety of therapeutic approaches.  What is extremely effective for one client may not work well for another. I use a range of counseling methods so that your therapy is tailored to suit your specific needs.

Are you ready to reclaim your life? I look forward to helping you work toward your goals. Together we can identify your past and present wins and help you use your strengths to meet the challenges that you are facing currently. I will help you make choices that positively impact your well-being mentally, physically and spiritually. Lead the life you have always wanted to lead.
