As a Life Coach, I will help you find your life's destination and purpose as you choose them. With the skills you will learn you will set those goals and meet your objectives.

Coaching is not therapy—it does not focus on problems and it does not fix the past. The main difference between counselling and coaching is one of focus. Counselling focuses on healing and resolving past issues and improving coping skills etc. Coaching begins with the present and assists clients in setting specific and clear goals for the future. The past may be discussed occasionally but only to discover what is blocking the client from moving forward. The focus is always on getting to where you want to be, not on understanding why you are where you are.

Coaching is about putting insight into action, getting feedback from experience and building results step by step. As your coach, I will hold you accountable for what you say you will do, will support you as you stretch and help you learn from experience. I will help you carry through to completion and celebrate your success with you!

Sometimes it is helpful to evaluate your level of distress at the moment. The greater your distress, the more likely you would benefit from cousnelling rather than coaching.
